Shridhara N., PhD

Associate Professor | MA, NET, M.Phil, PhD

Biography

He is a Postgraduate in Kannada Language and Literature from Calicut University. He secured M.Phil on the topic ‘Thiya’s of Kasaragod- A Cultural Study’ and PhD on the topic ‘Dravidian Concept in Thiya’s Worships’ from Kannur University in the year 2003 and 2019 respectively. His teaching and research interests are in the area of Ancient Kannada Poetry, Medieval Kannada Poetry and Dravidian Cultural Studies. He has been elected as a member of the Academic Council of Kannur University in 2021. He is a member of the Board of Studies in Kannada (UG&PG) Kannur University since 2010.
