This Privacy Policy describes how the GCK Canteen mobile application (“App”), developed for Govt College Kasaragod (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our application.

Our app requests the following permissions on your device:
android.permission.CAMERA): This permission is required only for Canteen Admin users. It allows them to use the device’s camera to scan and validate student meal ticket QR codes. This permission is not requested for student or staff users.android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This permission is required for the “Save to Gallery” feature. It allows the app to save an image of your meal ticket to your device’s photo gallery for easy offline access. The app does not access, read, or modify any other files on your device.4. Data Security

Our App is intended for use by the students and staff of Govt College Kasaragod. While the App is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13, we recognize that some of our student users may be considered children under applicable laws (such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
