Dr. Pradeep A.V, PhD

Dr. Pradeep A.V. rejoined the department of Physics, Govt College Kasaragod in December 2023. Prior to joining the department he worked as

Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics CUSAT. He has over 8

years of teaching experience in various colleges.

He did his post-graduation in Physics from Kannur University and was a

research scholar at the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of

Science from 2011 to 2016, securing his PhD in the field of Spintronics

and Magnetism.

He did his research on the Development of spin-polarized low-energy

electron diffraction and investigation of spin-orbit and exchange

interactions on Ir-100 and Fe-100 grown on Ir-100.

He is an experimental physicist and expert in instrumentation,

condensed matter physics and thin-film technology.
