Biography

-Dr. Arun Kumar Karayi is a dedicated and highly skilled life science researcher with over a decade of experience in biochemistry and molecular biology. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Central University of Kerala, with his research focusing on human skin fibrosis in lymphoedema. Dr. Karayi has a strong technical background in real-time PCR, western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, cell culture, and bacterial culture techniques.

He has contributed to significant research projects, such as the study on collagen type III gene transcription in fibrotic skin nodules, and has published in reputable journals. Dr. Karayi has also been recognized for his work, receiving a “Most Cited Article” award in 2020.

In addition to his research, Dr. Karayi has experience in teaching, having served as a guest lecturer at Govt. College Kasaragod. His skills extend to project management, data analysis, and scientific communication. Dr. Karayi’s commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and his extensive expertise make him a valuable asset to any research team.
